Home Reading/Fluency Folders
They should be reading for 10-15 minutes each night.  The bag and the book should be returned daily.  Books will not be exchanged without a parent signature.  If books are lost or damaged there is a $5.00 replacement cost, if the book is found your money will be returned.
Please work in your Fluency Folder.
Spelling
Please remember to practice your spelling words. This week we will be working with the ‘ock’ and ‘ell’ chunks.

 Please send a coat/jacket with your child.  It is getting colder but we still go outside as often as we can for our breaks.

Look for a new instruction page in your folders.  If you don’t have it I haven’t seen the folder.

Spelling
Please remember to practice your spelling words. Spelling tests will be given at the end of the week.  This week we will be working with the ‘et’ and ‘ay’ chunks.

On Halloween we will absolutely not allow students to wear masks, wigs, or makeup of any kind. Students will be allowed to wear hair spray paint. 

Reflections (Optional)
Reflections Theme: "What is your story?" Due date for submissions is Thursday October 27, 2016
