Home Reading/Fluency Folder
They should be reading for 10-15 minutes each night.  The bag and the book should be returned daily.  Books will not be exchanged without a parent signature.  Please keep track of reading minutes on your reading calendar.

Please work on fluency folders every night.  Turn them in on Fridays.  We will have Dibels testing in January.

Spelling
Please remember to practice your spelling words. This week we will be working with the ‘ite’ and ‘and’ chunks.

Christmas Book
Send in a wrapped Christmas Book with your name inside.  We unwrap and read each book then send them home.
GIFT EXCHANGE
On Wednesday, December 21st we will do our $1.00 gift exchange.  Boys bring for boys and girls bring for girls.  If you are unable to do this I will have extras!
Show and Tell
On Friday December 2nd, please bring something that begins with the letter “L”.
